Cosmic Web Designs, ('we', 'our', 'us'), the legal controling entity of RosterImport, is bound by the National Privacy Principles, and from March 2014, the Australian Privacy Principles. Under the Privacy Act and we are committed to ensuring the privacy of the information our users and other individuals provide to us. We understand that your personal information, and how we use it, is very important to you. The following statement reflects our policy in relation to the personal information that we collect. When do we collect personal information?

We will only collect personal information if it is necessary for us to do so. Situations in which we may collect personal information include, but are not limited to:

  1. when processing users rosters
  2. when dealing with any request for products or services
  3. when required by law

Ways in which we collect personal information

We collect personal information through our website, airline roster websites and through other methods of communication with our users.

Our users provide personal information to us when they sign up to use RosterImport.

What do we use personal information for?

We use personal information to maintain user records, provide information and enable users and other authorised individuals to receive the services and benefits available to RosterImport users.

Disclosure of personal information to third parties

We may disclose your personal information to third parties. These may include our agents, our contractors (including organisations used by us, such as cloud data storage contractors, to store information in an electronic format),

We will respond to a request for access to information as a priority and will seek to do so within a maximum of 10 days.

We will not charge you for requesting access to your own personal information.

If you believe that any information that we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us and we will review and update the relevant information.

We will review this privacy policy from time to time and inform members and other individuals of any changes to this policy by placing the revised policy on our internet site.
